- A clear one month's notice or tuition fee has to be given by the parents if they wish to withdraw their ward from the school.
- Transfer certificate is released only on clearance of the school dues.
- A fixed amount is charged for issuing a duplicate transfer certificate and character certificate.
- Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstance.
- Students seeking admission to Class XI must consult their parents and teachers before opting for subject-combinations/options at the time of admission. Combination once chosen is final. No change of combinations will be allowed after the admission of the student.
