Admission Process

Rules
  • The school reserves the right to grant or refuse admission. Applications for registration and admission are accepted in the month of November, every year.
  • No child less than 5 ½ (five and half) years of age as on 31st March of the year of admission, is admitted to Class I. The date of birth of the child that has once been declared in the admission form and also in the Birth Certificate submitted to the school, will not be changed under any circumstance.
  • Admission is taken strictly as per CBSE norms.
  • School follows the Government directives and norms applicable to SC/ST/OBC/General/ BPL/ Single Girl Child/Handicapped.
  • Applications for admission in Nursery to Class II are accepted in the month of November and for Class XI (after the result of Class X) on the prescribed form only.

  • The following documents along with the prescribed fee must be submitted by the stipulated date:
    • Birth Certificate (Municipality)
    • Migration Certificate
    • Transfer Certificate
    • Report Card/Mark Sheet
    • Two Stamp Size Photograph
    • Medical Fitness Certificate (with the blood group)
    • Character Certificate
  • Students seeking admission to class XI must consult their parents and teachers before opting for subject combination/ options at the time of admission. No change of subject combination will be allowed afterwards.
    Combination/Option (Please tick for two groups in order of preference by putting No-1 , 2)
  • Transport facility can be opted by girls (from Nursery to XII) and boys (from Nursery to X).
  • As per the order of Hon’ble Supreme Court RAGGING is strictly prohibited and a punishable offence. The School Authority will leave no stone unturned to uproot this evil.
